However, we are not to be held responsible for any grammatical errors, typo errors, non-notification of price changes, or technical errors. If there are products listed on our site and ordered at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel said orders. We reserve the right to make price adjustments without notice at any time. If your credit card has been charged, and we choose to cancel your order, your credit card will be credited the original charged amount.

By using the features of this site, you agree to hold BAMFmouthguards.com harmless for any damage or loss of any kind due to your use of the website or any product purchased from this website. The maximum total liability of BAMF Mouthguards will be $15,000.00 (US) exclusively under the Dental Warranty. The listing of a product on our website does not mean we endorse that product in any way. Unless otherwise specified, the only warranties that apply to the products on our website are the standard manufacturer's warranties and we do not provide any additional warranty for such products sold on our site.

Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

All orders placed through our website automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. Receipt of said e-mail order confirmation, or any other confirmation, does not guarantee our acceptance of your order, nor does it represent confirmation of our offer to sell any certain product to you. BAMFmouthguards.com reserves the right to cancel orders, limit the quantity ordered of any specific item or require additional information for verification purposes at any time, for any reason.

All custom graphics, designs and/or logos added to a customer's order will be screened for clarity and suitability. If a custom logo or design is not clear enough to reproduce on a customer's order, the customer must provide BAMF Mouthguards with a suitable replacement or the logo or design will be rejected and not used. Each individual word or logo placed on a customer's mouthguard order shall be deemed one (1) logo or design for pricing purposes. For example, if a customer orders the words "BAMF Mouthguards" on his/her custom mouthguard, the order will have two (2) logos.

All orders of BAMF Mouthguards using our Custom Impression Kits require customers to take their own dental impression without the assistance and/or supervision of a licensed dentist. Any customer using this method to order a custom BAMF Mouthguard assumes the risk, at the sole discretion of BAMF Mouthguards, that the customer's dental impression will not be acceptable to fabricate a quality custom mouthguard. If BAMF Mouthguards determines a customer's dental impression to be unacceptable, the customer must purchase an additional Custom Impression Kit for $25.

Order Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact BAMFmouthguards.com immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel the order upon your notification.

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if they have already been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, we will be happy to accept a return that is in accordance with our return policy. No refunds will be given for shipping and handling fees. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for all return shipping costs. BAMFmouthguards.com reserves the right to assess an $18.00 (US) restocking fee for any order cancellation received after an item has shipped from our warehouse.
